Do you ship _____?

  • Yes! I ship worldwide! Except to EU, UK, AU, and NZ currently.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping in the United States will begin at about $4.50 depending on the item and USPS rates at the time. Shipping to everywhere else begins at $9.50 or more. 
  • For pins, shipping will increase by $0.25-0.50 for every extra pin added since additional weight adds to the cost of the package.
  • For hats, shipping will increase by $1.00-2.00 for every extra hat added since additional weight adds to the cost of the package.
  • The only exception to these costs will be stickers, shipping will start at $1 for the United States and $2 everywhere else. These will be sent as regular letters in untracked envelopes.

Will I receive tracking information?

  • Yes, all my packages will be sent through USPS First Class Mail (for domestic and international).
  • However, If you order only stickers, it will not come with tracking as it is sent via stamped mail.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Currently, I only accept PayPal; however, you do not need a PayPal account to checkout! Simply use 'Guest Checkout' and enter your card information as you usually would!

Can I combine orders?

  • Yes! Just email or DM me your name and order number and I will gladly combine your order and refund you the excess shipping once I package your order and pay for the label!

Can I change my address? / I typed in the wrong address!

  • In each case, please email or DM as soon as possible! If you wait too long or if you wait until after you get a "Your order has shipped" notification, you will be responsible for paying for another shipment label. 

If my package is lost, can you resend it?

  • Unfortunately, if you did not purchase package insurance (it only costs $1.50!), I will not resend your package. (I will only resend it once we file a claim through USPS and if they cannot find your package.) If the items you ordered are no longer in stock, I will refund you the cost of your order minus shipping costs.
  • Once I drop off the package at my local post office, it is out of my hands. As a small business owner, I cannot afford to send replacements if the postal service loses your package. 

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges?

  • If you are preordering an item, you are committing to help fund the production of that item. Please do not ask for a refund unless you are in really extenuating circumstances. Refunds will only be processed if preorders do not meet their minimum funding. At this point, everyone who preordered that item will be refunded accordingly.
  • Read above section for refunds on lost packages.
  • There are no returns allowed, all sales are final. 
  • There are no exchanges allowed during this time due to COVID-19.
